In individual therapy, I offer a space where you can bring your full self—the parts you’re proud of and the parts you’re still figuring out. 

My style is warm, relational, and deeply curious. I’ll help you slow down and explore patterns, emotions, and past experiences that may be shaping your present. I’m not here just to listen; I’ll gently challenge you to look beneath the surface while ensuring you feel understood. Over time, our work can help you develop insight, emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of self. 

Understanding what’s beneath the surface

Many of us develop ways of coping that once kept us safe but now keep us stuck. Therapy offers a chance to notice those patterns, name what’s been unspoken, and begin to relate to yourself differently. Our work often unfolds gradually, as you come to understand not just what you feel, but why. The process can bring greater clarity, relief, and compassion toward yourself and others.  

What Sessions Look Like

Sessions are 55 minutes and typically held weekly and sometimes biweekly. This rhythm allows us to build momentum and trust while giving space for reflection between sessions. Therapy is often a longer-term process of deepening understanding, healing emotional injuries, and developing new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you. Our work continues to evolve as your insight and sense of self grow.
