Not the glossy kind that promises instant clarity or resolution—but the deep, often difficult work of turning inward, facing what’s been hidden, and beginning again. In our work together, you’ll have space to explore what’s beneath the surface, connect more deeply to yourself, and move toward the life you want.
My work is shaped by more than two decades supporting people at the intersection of human emotion, education, and change. My background spans inpatient psychiatry, organizational psychology, inclusive education, and psychotherapy. I’ve supported children, adolescents, adults, couples, educators, and families across systems, diagnoses, and life stages. But beneath it all, my focus has always been on helping people understand themselves more fully and relate to their emotions not as threats—but as meaningful guides.
As a psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship pain, identity shifts, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Some feel stuck in patterns they can’t name; others are yearning for connection but don’t know how to ask for it. Many carry stories that haven’t been fully heard or held. I’ll meet you where you are, with a deep respect for the path you’ve taken to get here.
My approach is humanistic, emotionally focused, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic theory. I draw on evidence-based models like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, to support deep emotional access and healing. Whether we’re working together in talk therapy or using expanded states of consciousness, I show up as a steady, attuned presence—curious, compassionate, and clear.
If you’re here, you may be at a crossroads. You may feel tired of trying to figure it all out on your own. You might be longing for peace, clarity, or more honest connection with others or with yourself. Therapy won’t hand you easy answers, but it can offer something more meaningful: space to understand yourself differently, to feel your way through what’s been shut down, and to move toward a life that feels more true.
This is the work I’m honored to do—walking alongside people as they explore their inner world, rewrite old narratives, and make contact with the parts of themselves that are most human, most vulnerable, and most alive.
