To begin, get in touch to schedule a consultation. From there, we’ll decide together what format best fits your needs.

Your first call

A 30-minute complimentary virtual consultation

We’ll start with a 30-minute virtual consultation to discuss what’s bringing you in and determine whether we’re a good fit. This is a chance to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and explore what kind of support might be most helpful.

Your first session

what to expect

Before your first session, you’ll complete intake paperwork online so we can begin with a shared understanding of your background, needs, and hopes for therapy. The first few sessions are spent slowing down, getting to know one another, and identifying what feels most important to focus on right now.

individual therapy

couples therapy

A chance for us to understand your story, your patterns, and what you’re longing for—at a pace that feels steady, safe, and grounded.

We’ll start with a session together, followed by one individual session with each partner, before we begin the joint work of exploring your cycle and strengthening your connection.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy

This process typically begins with a consult and collaboration with a prescribing provider for medical clearance. From there, we move through an assessment session, preparation session(s), the ketamine dosing session, and follow-up integration sessions to help you make meaning of what emerges.

Educational Consultation

We begin with a virtual consult to clarify concerns and goals. From there, the process is fully individualized and may include record review, school collaboration, or observation depending on the student’s needs.

Fees & Insurance

  • Individual Therapy: $185 per 55-minute session
  • Couples Therapy: $200 per 55-minute session
  • Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy: $200 per hour for preparation, integration, and dosing sessions. Total cost varies depending on length of treatment; details are discussed during the consultation.

Fees

I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, if your insurance plan includes out of network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement for your sessions.

Insurance & Reimbursement

  • I can submit claims on your behalf or provide a monthly superbill if you prefer to submit independently.
  • Your insurance company will reimburse me or you directly for the portion they cover.
  • You are responsible for the remaining balance between my fee and what insurance reimburses.

Many insurance plans reimburse approximately 50-80% of out-of-network mental health services, but this varies significantly by plan. I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask:

1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
2. What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
3. Do I need to meet a deductible before reimbursement begins?
4. Does my plan require a specific diagnosis for reimbursement?

How Out-of-Network Billing Works

I recognize that therapy is a financial commitment. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee or pro bono slots for clients with financial need. Please feel free to ask about current availability.
